If you are not feeling well, or you have just had an argument with someone and you are in a bad mood, you shouldn't train your dog. When you are unsettled, your dog will be to. You are likely to get rattled by mistakes and take it out on your dog. This can damage not only the good work you have done, but it will could have a lasting affect on your dogs working ability. Instead of training your dog, just touch, cuddle or go out with your dog for a long walk. It will calm you down and make you feel a lot better.
Happy training means a happy dog.
